CallAudit Client/Server Options
CallAudit software also offers options to extend CallerID information across a PC local area network. This allows a user to have a single PC act as a CallerID server and all other PCs on the same PC network to see the same call data. With this configuration, only one set of CallerID hardware is required to provide CallerID data to multiple PCs.
MSI has two server based versions of CallAudit:
CallAudit Voice Pro
CallAudit Server can provide basic call information, for both incoming and outgoing calls, to all other PCs. CallAudit Client is used on the other PCs to display this same call data and information.
CallAudit Voice Pro extends this to also provide voice mail options and voice messages to all other PCs. CallAudit Voice is used on the other PCs to display this same call data and information.
Client licenses are available to support both options. CallAudit Client is used with CallAudit Server for network support. CallAudit Voice is used with CallAudit Voice Pro. Discounts are available for client licensing for 5 or more PCs.
