THE FINE PRINT ABOUT BEING SATISFIED
Our goal is for you to be pleased with our service and products. If it's not right, tell us and we'll try to fix it. Don't worry, you can't get "stuck". We're not going anywhere. We're not interested in tricking you, selling you bad software/hardware, or taking advantage of you. We try to treat all of our customers the way we like to be treated ourselves. We are here to help.
THE FINE PRINT ABOUT PRICES
We do our best to keep prices low. Discounts on software are available in three ways.
Our prices can change without notice. Not that often, and not by that much, but when we pay more, we have to charge more. Discount pricing on hardware is generally not available.
THE FINE PRINT ABOUT SPEED (OR, "HURRY, I'M DESPERATE!")
Our goal is to ship all orders that arrive before noon, the same day, and those which arrive after noon, the next day. Usually, that's exactly what we do. Sometimes we fail, because stuff happens. Maybe one day we get swamped with orders beyond our wildest dreams, or two people get sick on the same day, or equipment breaks down, or more often, everything at once. Whatever. In those cases there might be an extra day, maybe even two before we ship. If you are on a deadline where a day or two matters explain your time concerns very clearly when you call, and we'll try to help.
Most orders are shipped via UPS ground. International orders are shipped Via Postal Service.
THE FINE PRINT ABOUT MINIMUMS, UPCHARGES & HIDDEN CHARGES
There are none. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for returned merchandise. See the section below on returns.
For international orders, DUTIES AND FEES are your responsibility. They are not calculated in the final price of the product.
Virginia residents are charged the standard VA sales tax.
THE FINE PRINT ABOUT ADDING ON TO YOUR ORDER LATER
It's really a problem for us. We may have to search through hundreds of orders looking for yours. Maybe it has already been picked, or packed, or even finished. It causes mistakes. We hate it. We'll do it for you, but it usually means at the very least a ONE-DAY DELAY in shipping your order, if the order has not already shipped.

We can't extend credit. Payment is by Credit Card, C.O.D. or Check with the order. Checks take 2-4 weeks to process.
THE FINE PRINT ABOUT LIABILITYLike most companies, we have to limit our liability to a replacement or refund for a defective item so it's best to test the suitability of a product before using it extensively. TRYING THE DEMO BEFORE PURCHASE IS ADVISED. This allows users to determine system compatibility with their Operating System and Voice Hardware before purchasing. We can't take financial responsibility for time or other materials.
THE FINE PRINT ABOUT RETURNS
There is NO 30 day money back guarantee on any software products.TRYING THE DEMO BEFORE PURCHASE IS ADVISED. This allows users to determine system compatibility with their Operating System and Voice Hardware before purchasing. The DEMO is essentially your 30 day guarantee. Should you have installation problems with the demo, an extension to the 30 day DEMO can be given.
If you need to return or exchange a piece of hardware, no problem. First call and get a return merchandise number, (RMA#), to put on the outside of the box. Without it, there will be problems for you. Ship all returns to:

Please examine the contents of your order upon receipt and let us know right away if you need to return something. You have 30 days from the invoice date to get an RMA#. If something is defective or not right we don't mind taking it back for exchange or refund, as you wish, but if your return reduces your order to a lower discount level, we have to recalculate your original invoice. We do have to reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking charge if we feel you are taking advantage of us. An example is someone who orders a lot of stuff, and then returns most of it for no good reason.
